Today, I invite you to spend some time in silent consideration. Imagine me sitting with you and asking the following questions. Allow the time to turn into an internal conversation with me. I think this works best as a journaling exercise.
What kinds of uncertainty make you most uncomfortable in your life right now? When you encounter ambiguity, unanswered questions, or conflicting perspectives, how do you typically respond emotionally and spiritually?
What beliefs, practices, or communities help you feel safe when life becomes uncertain? How do they shape the way you navigate the unknown? In what ways do religious, political, or cultural communities use certainty to create security and belonging?
If you were to model a way of living that embraced vulnerability, ambiguity, and trust without requiring absolute certainty, what would need to change in how you relate to yourself, others, and the world?
