Seeking Deeper Meaning in Life?
If you want to work through a process of intentional spiritual growth so you can become who you were truly meant to be, check out my 49-Day Spiritual Growth Journal.
Today, I invite you to spend some time in silent consideration. Imagine me sitting with you and asking the following questions. Allow the time to turn into an internal conversation with me. I think this works best as a journaling exercise.
When you have done something wrong in the past and someone got upset with you, how did is make you feel? How did you respond to them? Why do you think you responded the way you did?
When you have done something wrong in the past and someone didn’t get upset, but rather gently helped you through the situation, how did it make you feel? How did you respond to them? Why do you think you responded the way you did?
When someone does something wrong around you, what is your default response? Do you get upset with them or calmly help them through it? Why do you think that is your default? If you default is to get angry, what might you do to help soften your responses in the future?

Support the Cause
My mission is to promote the progressive Christian voice in the spiritual/theological marketplace. I hope that by doing so I will help make the world a more loving place one newsletter at a time.
If you are not already a paying subscriber, I encourage you to consider it. It takes many (many) hours each week to create all the content for this project, and by becoming a paid subscriber you support the greater mission through me.
Will you consider becoming a financial supporter of the mission?
If so, I would greatly appreciate it.
