Today, I invite you to spend some time in silent consideration. Imagine me sitting with you and asking the following questions. Allow the time to turn into an internal conversation with me.
Go and “make disciples”? When you hear the word, “disciple”, what does that mean to you? What connotations does that have for you?
Before Christians were known as “Christians”, they were known as people of “the way”. How do you think this might have related to the baptism and teaching mentioned here?
What do you think are the key characteristics of a disciple today? Bring to mind a few. Which ones do you consider personal strengths? Where are you not as strong?
Peace, Bo

Support the Cause
My mission is to promote the progressive Christian voice in the spiritual/theological marketplace. I hope that by doing so I will help make the world a more loving place one newsletter at a time.
If you are not already a paying subscriber, I encourage you to consider it. It takes many (many) hours each week to create all the content for this project, and by becoming a paid subscriber you support the greater mission through me.
Will you consider becoming a financial supporter of the mission for only $6 per month? If so, I would greatly appreciate it.
