Today, I invite you to spend some time in silent consideration. Imagine me sitting with you and asking the following questions. Allow the time to turn into an internal conversation with me. I think this works best as a journaling exercise.
What things will make you angry faster than anything? Why do these things make you so angry? Where does this anger come from in your childhood?
What are your coping strategies when you start to get angry? How do you stop yourself from exploding?
What are things that you probably shouldn’t get so angry about? What are some things you perhaps should be more angry about? Why?
