Wednesday Self-Reflection
Today, I invite you to spend some time in silent consideration. Imagine me sitting with you and asking the following questions. Allow the time to turn into an internal conversation with me. I think this works best as a journalling exercise.
“Re-membering” is putting back together that which has been “dis-membered”. How have “the poor” (including all those who have been marginalized) been “dis-membered” from the body of humanity?
If you were to become an agent of “re-membering” the body of humanity, how would you go about it? What people need to be reconnected and how? How can you help?
In what way is your life “dis-membered”? What parts of you seem disconnected and need to be “re-membered” so you can become more authentically you?
