Seeking Deeper Meaning in Life?
If you want to work through a process of intentional spiritual growth so you can become who you were truly meant to be, check out my 49-Day Spiritual Growth Journal.
Today, I invite you to spend some time in silent consideration. Imagine me sitting with you and asking the following questions. Allow the time to turn into an internal conversation with me. I think this works best as a journaling exercise.
Sit in silence for 1 minute. While doing so, notice where your body stores tension.
When you find the center of the tension, mentally ask that spot, “Why are you so tense?” Use your intuition to listen for a response. Start a conversation with the tension you carry with you. Use follow up questions, such as, “What are you afraid of?” or “Why are you angry?” See what kinds of responses you sense.
When you are done, take a deep breath. As you exhale slowly, allow all the tense knots to melt away into the floor. Breathe deeply at least 3 times.
Peace, Bo

Support the Cause
My mission is to promote the progressive Christian voice in the spiritual/theological marketplace. I hope that by doing so I will help make the world a more loving place one newsletter at a time.
If you are not already a paying subscriber, I encourage you to consider it. It takes many (many) hours each week to create all the content for this project, and by becoming a paid subscriber you support the greater mission through me.
Will you consider becoming a financial supporter of the mission?
If so, I would greatly appreciate it.
