Struggling to Make Sense of It All?

Today, I invite you to spend some time in silent consideration. Imagine me sitting with you and asking the following questions. Allow the time to turn into an internal conversation with me. I think this works best as a journaling exercise.
Everybody goes through times of extreme inner trouble, a time when despair threatens to take us over. What kinds of triggers can take you into those times of inner trouble?
When you’re struggling with those inner troubles, what keeps you going? What is it that keeps you from imploding? Where do you find your strength?
Since you know that those inner troubles can be triggered at any time, what are you doing to prepare yourself so they aren’t as overwhelming when they happen?
