Today, I invite you to spend some time in silent consideration. Imagine that I’m sitting with you and asking the following questions. Allow the time to turn into an internal conversation with me.
How do you prefer to express love to another? Is it by giving gifts? Spending quality time? Doing things for them?
Think about the people you meet regularly. How do they express love? What might that say about how they like to experience love back?
What would a more loving society look like? What needs to change structurally? As part of the system, how can you promote that kind of change in your own personal way?
