That quote from the Dune movie from the late 1980s has stuck with me all these years. Overall, the story is about the development of the main character, Paul Atreides, into who he was meant to be. It's about his spiritual awakening.
Waking up is an amazing metaphor for spiritual growth and development. I use it all the time. Recently, however, the metaphor has received an interesting twist. It’s now being used to refer to those standing for justice.
I definitely approve.
