Today, I invite you to spend some time in silent consideration. Imagine me sitting with you and asking the following questions. Allow the time to turn into an internal conversation with me. I think this works best as a journaling exercise.
What kinds of situations are conducive to you bringing your best self to the table? How does your best self feel and behave? What is it about those situations that you find empowering?
What kinds of situations tend to bring out your worst self? What do feel and do in these situations? Why do you struggle in those situations?
When you see people around you displaying their less-than-best self, what could you do to help them become their better self?
