Struggling to Make Sense of It All?

Today, I invite you to spend some time in silent consideration. Imagine me sitting with you and asking the following questions. Allow the time to turn into an internal conversation with me. I think this works best as a journaling exercise.
Merry Christmas! This is a day of angels and good news. What good news have you received in the last week? Sit quietly with gratitude for this for a minute. Don’t do anything else, just sit with gratitude in your heart.
What good news do you hope for still? Please bring that to mind and allow yourself to sit in hope.
Now, just sit and pay attention to your breath. Let everything else go. As you sit attentive to your breath, enjoy the gift of your life coursing through your body for at least 3 minutes.
